This Privacy Policy describes how AIFOUNDRI PTE. LTD. ("PawCast," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from our store (the "Site"), when you set up or use the PawCast camera and the PawCast app (together with the Site, the "Services"), or otherwise communicate with us.

By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy, update the "Last updated" date, and take any other steps required by law.

2. Personal information we collect

Two categories: (a) Store and checkout information, and (b) PawCast device, video, and app information.

(a) Store and checkout information

• Contact details — name, address, phone, email.
• Order information — billing/shipping address, payment confirmation, email, phone.
• Account information — username, password, security questions, if you create an account.
• Shopping information — items you view, cart, wishlist, or purchase.
• Customer support information — what you include in messages to us.
• Device and usage information — how you navigate the Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

(b) PawCast device, video, and app information

• Video recordings, captured by the PawCast camera while worn by your pet and recording. When it docks to charge, these upload to your account so the app can create your recap and diary. They may incidentally capture other people, pets, or property; you are responsible for using the camera lawfully (see Section 8).
• Recaps and Pet Diary — the auto-edited videos and diary entries generated from your recordings, plus any names, notes, or captions you add.
• Account information — email and password, or your sign-in credentials if you use a supported provider.
• Device and app usage information — pairing, settings, and how you use the app.

3. Sources

• Directly from you or your use of the device.
• Automatically through the Services (usage data, cookies).
• From our service providers (fulfillment, payments, analytics, cloud storage, AI processing).

4. How we use your personal information

• To provide the Services — account, orders, payments, shipping, support.
• To create your recaps and diary — we process the video, including with automated and AI-based tools, to select highlights, add captions and music, personalize it to your pet, and build your Pet Diary. This may involve third-party cloud and AI providers who process the data solely to operate the Services.
• To store and make your recordings, recaps, and diary available to you in the app.
• To improve and maintain the Services.
• To communicate with you — you can opt out of marketing anytime.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your video recordings, recaps, or diary, and we do not use them for advertising.

5. How we disclose personal information

• With vendors and service providers (payments, fulfillment, IT, cloud storage, and the cloud/AI providers that power the recap processing).
• With business and marketing partners, subject to your consent (Section 10).
• When you direct or consent — for example, when you share a recap.
• With our affiliates or corporate group.
• In a business transaction (merger, sale, financing).
• To comply with law or lawful requests.

We do not sell or share your video recordings, recaps, or diary for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Relationship with Shopify

7. Third-party websites and links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from the Services.

8. Your recordings and other people

PawCast is a camera worn by your pet, and its recordings may capture other people, pets, or property. You are responsible for using PawCast lawfully and considerately — including not recording others where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and complying with any recording laws that apply where you live. We do not use your recordings to identify individuals who may appear in them, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

9. Children's privacy

PawCast is a general-audience pet product. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Security and retention

Video recordings, recaps, and diary content are stored in encrypted cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete recordings, recaps, and diary content through the app where that feature is available, or contact us for assistance.

11. Your rights and choices

• Right to access/know, delete, and correct.
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
• Right to opt out of targeted advertising.

Exercise the opt-out at shop.pawcastcam.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, or via Global Privacy Control. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Complaints

Contact us (Section 14); you may also lodge a complaint with your local authority.

13. International transfers

We may process your information outside your country of residence, including in Singapore and the United States, with protections in accordance with applicable law.
