These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from AIFOUNDRI PTE. LTD. ("PawCast," "we," "us," or "our") through our website and Shopify checkout (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms & eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not place an order.

2. Products & pricing

The current price of PawCast is shown on the product page and at checkout, and includes your PawCast camera and applicable import/clearance costs. Shipping is not included in the device price: the shipping cost charged at checkout is an estimate, and — because your order is a reservation from an upcoming production run — actual shipping costs may change before your order ships. If they do, we will contact you by email before shipping, and you may pay the difference or cancel for a full refund. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. All prices are in USD. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.

3. Reservation Terms

PawCast is currently sold as a reservation from our next production run.

3.1 What a reservation means

You reserve a PawCast unit from our next production run. Your payment method is charged in full at checkout — this is not a deposit and no further charge is made later.

3.2 Estimated shipping window

Orders are expected to ship within about 8–10 weeks of your order. If our timeline shifts materially, we will notify you by email.

3.3 Right to cancel if we're delayed

If we can't ship within the estimated window (or any revised window), you may continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

3.4 Cancel before shipment

You may cancel at any time before your order ships for a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.

3.5 Order updates & tracking

We email you at key milestones and send tracking once your order ships.

3b. One-time purchase & included app access

Your PawCast purchase is a single, one-time charge. Your card will not be charged again automatically as part of this purchase.

Your order includes 6 months of access to the PawCast app at no additional cost. We are not selling a subscription with this order, and we will not charge you automatically when the included period ends. Any optional paid plan or in-app purchase would be presented to you separately before any payment.

4. Returns & refunds

Governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.

5. Device & account

5.1 Account

To purchase and set up PawCast, you create an account and pair your device to it.

5.2 Appropriate use

Use the Site, your account, and your device only for their intended personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for using the camera lawfully, including not recording others where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Warranty

PawCast devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, from the date of delivery. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFOUNDRI PTE. LTD. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), seated in Singapore and conducted in English.

We may update these Terms; material changes are noted by the "Last updated" date and, where required, additional notice.
